Abnormal Sale

A sale that is unusual for the marketplace.  An example of an abnormal sale would be a sale from father to son where the father was looking out for the interests of the son.  An abnormal sale may also be called a distorted sale.  Any sale at less than market value is likely to be an abnormal sale.
