Sublease

A Sublease is a lease given by the lessee.  The sublease may be for all or part of the premises.  It may be for the whole term or part of it.  The lessee remains responsible to the lessor for the rent.  The sublessee is responsible to the lessee for the rent.  The lease may prohibit subletting.
