Plottage

Plottage is the incremental value of land that results from Assemblage.

 

Example:  

 

A developer assembles two parcels of land.  Each parcel alone is worth $100,000.  After assemblage, the new single parcel is worth $250,000.  

 

The plottage is $50,000.
